Where are your roller shutters made?
In our own workshop in the West Midlands. Every shutter is built for its opening and checked by our team before it is installed.
Is your emergency repair line open 24/7?
Yes. The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
What happens if my shutter cannot be fixed straight away?
We make the premises secure first, then return to complete the full repair during normal working hours.
Do you install as well as repair?
Yes. We survey, manufacture, install, maintain and repair roller shutters, sectional doors, fire shutters, steel doors, shop fronts, security grilles, bollards and roller garage doors.
Do commercial roller shutters need servicing?
Yes. Workplace health and safety law requires doors at work, including powered shutters, to be kept safe and in good working order, and routine servicing is the practical way to do that.
Do you cover Sheffield and South Yorkshire?
Yes. Sheffield and South Yorkshire are core areas for us alongside the Midlands, for new shutters, servicing and 24/7 emergency repairs. We also cover the rest of Yorkshire, the North West, the North East, the South East, the South West and London.
